Cancellation by Seller
The Home may deny your order for any products if any of the below circumstances occur:
- If the item is out of stock
- If there has been a pricing error at our end
- If we find a product discrepancy
- If we are unable to obtain the necessary authorization for your payment
- Or any other reason at The Home’s sole discretion.
If any, or all, of the above situations are met, we will inform you that your order has not been accepted. In such a case, The Home will not process your payment and will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our decision to decline processing an order. This discretion will extend to unwinding or suspending any transaction after the processing has begun.
If The Home faces any errors in transmission resulting in interruption of your purchase, you are required to cooperate to resolve such issues and agree that The Home shall have full discretion to determine the most feasible solution in any such case.
We at The Home work diligently to offer you the best prices on the website and in store, however in many cases the prices online will not match the prices in store.
Mattress Exchange Policy
Mattress exchange policy is applicable to below mattresses sizes only:-
200×200, 200×180, 200×160, 200×120
Exchange for a different mattress size will not be accommodated.
Mattresses may only be exchanged for the same size within 90 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Made-to-Order Products Policy
Products that are ‘made to order’ will be sold as listed on our website, unless you have made specific customizations through our online sales advisor. Please note, all made-to-order product orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, even if no customizations were made.
On the order review page, you will have a chance to review your design choices and make changes before you purchase. This is very important because a customized product cannot be returned and your purchase is non-refundable. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT before you proceed to purchase.
Return
We do not accept returns for:
– Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.
– Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.
– Products that have already been assembled, unless THE HOME determines that there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.
-Products labeled as “Made-to-Order”, which are crafted specifically for you and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
–Sofas, beds, mattresses, mattress toppers, and bedding: These items are not eligible for return.
Note:
All returns are subject to approval. A minimum 3% deduction from the product value will be applied, and delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation
All cancellations are subject to approval, In the event of a cancellation:
A 3% fee will be deducted from the total order amount if the order is canceled anytime from the date of purchase up to 2 working days before the delivery date.
A 10% fee will be deducted if cancelled on the delivery date.
If delivery has already been attempted, delivery charges will be deducted.
*Cancellations are not allowed for sofas, beds, mattresses, mattress protectors, and bedding.
