Delivery and installation above order value of AED 500 (vat inclusive) is free. Items carried via a staircase, up to 5 floors above the ground, is free. If under 20 floors, a charge of AED 100 (vat inclusive) will be applicable, customer must inform before making the order. Above 20 floors ( via staircase) cannot be delivered to their homes and the customer must arrange their own team to carry the items ( unless confirmed in writing. Such items will be delivered to the ground floor only and installation will be done free of cost within the next 3 working days. If no one is present at the delivery address and delivery is not completed one additional delivery will be re-scheduled free of charge. If no one is present on the second occasion the 3rd delivery will be chargeable, cost based on the location of the address, but at a minimum charge of AED 150.

Customers must clear the area before delivery of goods. All items must be fully paid 2 working days before the scheduled delivery date.4
