THE HOME provides a warranty to the original purchaser for a period of 6 months to 5 years, depending on the product and its components. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and ensures that our customers can have confidence in their purchase.
While THE HOME aim to provide our customers with consistent warranty terms across all products, there may be cases where specific products have unique warranty conditions. These conditions will be clearly stated on the product page and should be reviewed carefully before purchasing the product.
Where applicable the particular warranty period will be specified along with the description of the Product on the Product description page.
If your furniture purchase appears to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, feel free to contact us to claim your warranty.
This warranty covers any defect in the manufacturing or workmanship of the furniture products. THE HOME reserves the right to repair defective products, at its sole discretion. Fabric (leather, pu, pvc etc) are not covered in the warranty. 5-year warranty applicable for sofas and headboard/divan base purchased on or after 1-jan-2023.
